In a former life Anthony was an accountant and after travelling oversees in the mid 90's Anthony worked as an IT Project Manager for various companies.  During this time Anthony has also taken a keen interest in real estate and has completed the following developments:
  • In 1997 a block of 6 units in Cronulla.  This was a difficult development that required us to fight Sutherland Shire Council in the Land & Environment Court and win.  This was sold with DA approval.
  • In 1999 Anthony developed a backpacker's hostel with commercial letting underneath at Cronulla.  This was another unique development as no one at the time had built a backpacker's in the Sutherland Shire.  This meant the process was long and council needed a lot of information about the backpackers business which we provided.  It also involved Anthony writing a detailed business plan for the bank to arrange finance which was successful.
  • In 2002, Anthony purchased the property next to the backpackers and went back to council to double the size of the hostel.  This was successful.
  • In March 2002, Anthony and his wife Laureen, purchased Jannali Kinder Care as an existing business and freehold.  Laureen runs the business and has grown the business into a very successful one.  We have received 100% from the NCAC (Federal governing body) three times which is an unbelievable feat.
  • Due to the success of Jannali Kinder Care Anthony decided to develop another centre in the same street.  This once again pushed the boundaries of the Sutherland Shire Council and Anthony once again fought them in the Land & Environment Court.  In February 2006, Anthony was successful and opened the centre in January 2007. DOCS made only one visit to the centre and approved it after that one visit.  This is unheard of in the childcare industry. The centre is now running at 100% occupancy after 3 months of trading.
Since September 2006 Anthony has focused solely on the Childcare industry. Anthony has helped a number of clients to purchase childcare centres and also upgrade their current centres.


Has been a trained childcare worker for 32 years. She is Diploma trained and in 2008 finished a Bachelor of Teaching Degree. Over the past 15 years Mary has held roles of Authorised Supervisor and has directed and managed several long day care centres. Mary has been with Jannali Kinder Care for 10 years. In this time she has lead the team through four accreditation processes in which we have gained 100 % at all times.


Mary holds the role of Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader for two childcare centres. Mary's main role is to ensure that our centres run high quality on a daily basis.


Marys expertise is her on the floor experience ensuring that the centre complies with the Department of Education and Care (DECS) national regulations at all times.


Her role includes but is certainly not limited to

  • Policy and Philospohy writing
  • Setting up programs and Daily diaries to ensure that we are reflecting EYLF
  • Hiring of staff
  • Staff management



With a Bachelor of Teaching in Early Childhood degree, an Associate Diploma of Children's Services and previous experience as a Validator with the National Childcare Accreditation Council, Kristy is able to offer you advice on how to manage your accreditation and Occupational Health and Safety process.  She has 18 years experience in Long Day Care Centres and the Quality Improvement Accreditation system.  She has been part of the Accreditation process as a childcare worker, Authorised Supervisor, Director and Accreditation Support worker.

Kristy can offer you expert assistance in reviewing centre procedures, guide your centre in the implementation of the National Quality Standards and assist to develop or review your quality improvement plan. She can also assist you to implement an Occupational Health & Safety system.

The team has built relationships with key people in the industry to help make developing, buying or upgrading childcare centres successful.
